The service

Anguardia is a web application that helps you turn research into follow-up work. By creating an account and using the product, you agree to these terms.

Single-seat account

Each account is for one person. You may not share login credentials or use the product as a multi-user team workspace.

Early access

The product is in early access. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that every feature will remain unchanged. We will act in good faith to keep your data safe and provide export tools.

Your data

You own the content you put into Anguardia. You are responsible for having the right to store it (including any client-confidential notes). See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Information about other people

Anguardia is built to hold details of your prospects and clients — names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes. Those people are not our users and have no relationship with us. You are the one who decides to collect and store their information.

So you confirm that you have a lawful basis to store it and to contact them, that your research sources were legitimate, and that you will handle access, correction and deletion requests they send you. If you call Singapore numbers you hold in Anguardia, checking them against the Do Not Call Registry is your responsibility — we do not check it for you, and we cannot. If a claim is brought against us because of information you imported, you agree to cover our costs in defending it.

In the language of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act: for that information, you are the organisation and we are your data intermediary. We process it only to provide Anguardia to you and only on your instructions — never for our own purposes, never to contact those people, never sold or used to train models. This section is the written contract the PDPA expects that arrangement to rest on.

No warranty

Anguardia is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no guarantee that data will never be lost. Export your data regularly — the tool is in Settings and it is one click.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Anguardia.

Our total liability to you, for everything combined, is capped at whatever you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or S$100 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other accounts’ data, disrupt the infrastructure, or use Anguardia for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes any right you have under Singapore consumer protection law that cannot be contracted out of.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get a new version and date at the top of this page.
